Shipping and Returns

Dispatch times

We aim to ship your order within two to three working days once payment has been received. Please bear with us if you encounter any delays beyond our control.

Postage and delivery

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £60.

Other orders are processed using one of the following methods, which you can choose at checkout:

a) Standard UK delivery

• UK small parcel — £3.68 (maximum weight 2kg)
• Delivery aim: 2–5 working days

b) Tracked UK delivery

• UK small parcel — £4.74 (maximum weight 2kg)
• Delivery aim: 2–5 working days

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at orders@healthswealthuk.com and we will be happy to help.

If you change your mind, we will refund eligible online orders within 14 days of you receiving the items.

• Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at orders@healthswealthuk.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
